I have over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Cloud Computing, Datacenter Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, and ITIL. I hold an Executive MBA and a Data Science and AI degree, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP). Since 2019, I have worked on various data and AI projects that leverage machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and, more recently, agentic AI. Additionally, I continue to apply my expertise in data center modernization to help customers utilize their infrastructure efficiently.
